Formed in 2012 by Ira Seiken PMP, Seitech Solutions strives for developing exciting new products as well as consulting to major corporations. We focus in 3 main areas: Product Development, Consulting Services and Educational. Please click on the above sections to see all of these areas.
It is our hope that Seitech along with our partners will bring valuable, new products to market in the months and years ahead. Our mission dictates that we strive for this every day.
It is also our hope that technology companies are as
efficient as possible in their development and implementation of new
software and systems. That is why we formed Seitech Consulting. We want
companies to be aware of the latest project management tools and
methodologies to make managing their projects more of a science than an
art. Through the use of rigorous project
controls based on 18 years in the business, we think IT and Business Partners can have a more accurate
gauge of how their projects are performing. We also bring the latest in
Project Management Office (PMO) tools to manage the entire lifecycle of
the project.
We will create the PMO for you, or work within the PMO to plan, track and implement your technology product or system.
