Selected Accomplishments
- Developed and evolved the Project Management Office for New York Life, Medco Health (Express Scripts) and Johnson & Johnson, improving on-time & on-budget delivery by over 20%.
- Created tools and templates such as the project life-cycle roadmap, portfolio prioritization, risk assessments, schedules and performance dashboards. Conducted training classes to train over 40 project managers in tool & process use.
- Deploy analytics to Johnson & Johnson project plans that allow for improved visibility of task slippage and resource allocation risks that impact milestone completion.
- Project managed client engagements in excess of $5 million to develop & implement custom web portal software.
- Directed creation of International PMO’s in markets of Hong Kong, South Korea, Mexico and India.
- Created the Congressional Summary Plan for the rollout of the FBI’s fingerprint scanning system.

1. Build & Enhance your Project Management Maturity:
We’ll assess your level of PMO maturity, then prepare a gap analysis
and roadmap to bridge the gap to a higher functioning PMO. We’ll see it
through to implementation using our proven processes and templates.
This can be a full turnkey solution or just some minor enhancements to
your existing PMO. Training on new tools is also offered.
2. Manage Your Project: We can manage your project by creating project artifacts such as the project charter, project plan, risk analysis, status reports, just for starters. We’ll then track progress and present status reports based on project performance. We’ll be an integral part of your project team. All project managers are PMP certified.
